1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information the Recalde Case Portal collects, why it is collected, where it is stored, who can process it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to the portal at recalde-portal.nurogrowth.com and to lead forms on the firm's related websites.
2. Information we collect
- Identity information: your name and household details you enter during intake.
- Contact information: email address and phone number.
- Financial documents: pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, and similar records you choose to upload for a bankruptcy or Lemon Law evaluation.
- Case details: your intake answers, such as debt amounts, income, vehicle and repair history, and the qualification results generated from them.
- Chat messages: what you type to the portal's AI assistant.
We do not collect more than the firm needs to evaluate and handle your matter.
3. Why we collect it
- To run the intake questionnaire and show you a preliminary qualification result.
- To build your document checklist and keep your uploads organized for attorney review.
- To calculate and display estimated case deadlines.
- To contact you about your inquiry or case.
- To answer your general questions through the AI assistant.
- To keep a record of firm actions on your matter (the audit trail).
4. Where your data lives
Current demo phase: your data stays on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It is not uploaded to any server when you fill out the intake or organize documents. Clearing your browser data or using the Delete my data button in Settings removes it.
Production phase: data will be stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls, so only authorized firm personnel can see it, and it will sync across your devices. This policy will be updated before that change takes effect.
5. Service providers (processors)
The portal relies on a small set of service providers:
- Netlify hosts the portal and runs its server functions.
- Anthropic processes AI assistant conversations when live AI chat is enabled.
- Resend delivers notification emails, such as new lead alerts to the firm.
- Google handles sign-in when Google sign-in is enabled.
Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
6. Retention
In the demo phase, data persists on your device until you delete it. In the production phase, the firm will retain client file data for as long as required by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and applicable law, and will delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed. You may request deletion at any time; the firm will honor it except where retention is legally or ethically required.
7. We do not sell your data
The firm does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever. Your information is used only to evaluate and handle legal matters and to operate this portal.
8. Your rights
You can:
- Access and review the information you have entered, directly inside the portal.
- Correct your profile information on the Settings page.
- Delete all of your data with the Delete my data button on the Settings page.
- Contact the firm with any privacy question or request at (305) 792-9100 or through the address below.
9. Breach notification (Florida Information Protection Act)
The firm takes its obligations under the Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. 501.171, seriously. If a breach of security involving your personal information occurs once cloud storage is live, the firm commits to investigating promptly and notifying affected individuals as the statute requires, generally within 30 days of determining a breach occurred, along with any required notice to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs.
10. Children
This portal is not directed to anyone under 18, and the firm does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through the portal, contact the firm and it will be deleted.
